3. Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with jomjudi44, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• You are a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted).
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.

Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

4. Registration & Know Your Customer (KYC)

4.1 Account Registration

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.

4.2 KYC Verification

6.2 Minimum Deposit

6.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via FPX, DuitNow, and major Malaysian banking channels are typically credited to your Account in real time. 6.4 Prohibited Funding Sources

Any funds identified as being of suspicious origin will be frozen pending investigation and may be forfeited.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

7.3 Return-to-Source Policy

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

8.2 Wagering Requirements

8.4 Maximum Bet During Active Bonus

8.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses not claimed within the offer window, and wagering requirements not completed within the active bonus period, will result in automatic forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings. 8.6 Abuse of Promotions

jomjudi44 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus where there is reasonable evidence that the player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing hedged or low-risk bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements, or providing inaccurate information to qualify for a promotion.

9. Betting Rules

14. Account Termination

jomjudi44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without notice, where we determine that you have breached these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, provided false information during registration, or where required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority. Upon termination for cause, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Bonus Funds will be forfeited in all cases of termination for cause.

15. Amendments to These Terms

jomjudi44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform.
